From May 20 to 23, Zline will present its latest industrial dough processing and forming technologies at the 28th Bakery China exhibition, held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai. As global bakery factories transition toward high-speed, automated production, our engineering focus remains on preserving dough structure while maximizing output consistency.

 

We invite industry partners, plant managers, and wholesale bakers to visit us at Booth 41B91 to inspect our running systems and discuss technical integration.

  • ZLBXJ-551 Multi-Functional Encrusting Machine: A precision-engineered encrusting system built on an advanced mechanical platform (comparable to Rhone specifications).   • Heavy-Duty Horizontal Dough Mixer: Built for industrial bakeries requiring continuous, high-torque mixing. Features heavy SUS304 construction and advanced temperature-controlled jackets to maintain stable dough temperatures during intensive mixing cycles.
